Residents of Tobyhanna Township are concerned about emergency services amid a dispute between the township and its volunteer fire department. Many people showed up at a special meeting at the Township of Tobyhanna Emergency Services building Tuesday, and they say it’s extremely concerning to them that while emergency calls are coming through the Tobyhanna Emergency Services building, their first responders aren’t being dispatched.
