A man was arrested in Monroe County with his body covered in ticks and and mud after leading Pocono Mountain Regional Police on a chase that began on State Route 423 in Tobyhanna Township. 21 year old Emanuel Calderon of Allentown was driving recklessly at a high rate of speed. The chase ended when Calderon crashed on State Route 940. Police say inside the car was evidence of narcotics distribution. Calderon is now in the Monroe County Correctional Facility facing a string of charges.
