Prosecutors last week, asked a judge to reject the latest request for a new trial by now 79 year old former Penn State Assistant Football Coach Jerry Sandusky… saying his latest request for a new trial carries little weight and amount to nothing more than clutter and noise. Sandusky is serving a minimum of 30 years in state prison.
