A man from Northampton County has been sentenced to 75-100 years in state prison for rape, burglary, and more than 20 related charges in relation to three separate incidents. 36 year old Clement Swaby of Bethlehem, is still facing even more charges, including sexual assault in Montgomery County, and he faces even more similar charges in Orange County, Florida.
