A man is wanted in Monroe County for failure to register with Megan’s Law as a sex offender. Pennsylvania State Police have issued an arrest warrant for 23-year-old Kristian Carwell… a registered sex offender since an indecent assault conviction in 2020. State police say Carwell has prior arrests for failing to register as a sex offender, and now he has a new active warrant in Monroe County. He has black hair, brown eyes, and is 5’09, 175lbs.
