A huge crowd was on hand Sunday in Carbon County to cap off an Annual Winter Celebration there. Winterfest was a big part of President’s Day weekend in Jim Thorpe. The three-day event marked the 30th Annual Jim Thorpe Winterfest. This year’s theme was fire and ice.
