A new Pennsylvania casino has been officially approved. On Wednesday, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board unanimously approved a Category 4 slot machine license to SC Gaming OpCo, LLC to construct a new casino in Centre County. The casino would initially be licensed to operate between 300 and 750 slot machines.
