An investigation into a hit and run involving a stolen car in Monroe County has led to an arrest. The crash happened around 6pm Tuesday in Tobyhanna. Pocono Mountain Regional Police have arrested Justin Massa, who is now charged with receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license. Massa was sent to the Monroe County Correctional Facility. His bail was set at $25,000.
