Police have arrested a man who they say lead them on a high-speed chase throughout Monroe County, leading to drugs being seized. Stroud Area Regional Police say it happened in Stroudburg Borough. They say 36 year old Javier Giraldo of East Stroudsburg ran a stop sign and red lights, and was driving at 120 mph in a 45 mph zone, while smoking a marijuana joint. Giraldo has been charged with 75 counts of various traffic violations.
