Low-income Pennsylvanians can now sign up for the Affordable Connectivity Program to help save money on internet service. The program provides qualified recipients with a discount of up to $30 per month as well as a one time $100 discount towards the purchase of a laptop, desktop, or tablet from participating providers. Households must meet certain eligibility requirements.
