Fears of possible salmonella contamination have led Wegmans to issue a voluntarily recall of micro greens, sweet pea leaves and cat grass. It comes after some of the soil they were grown in at a farm in Ithaca, New York, tested positive for Salmonella. So far, no illnesses have been reported. Customers can return the items to store service desks for refunds.
