A man from Tobyhanna has been charged with distributing heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine. 45 year old Darius Jamal Scott has been indicted by a federal grand jury on drug trafficking charges that allege from around April to June of this year, Scott conspired with others to distribute heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine in the Monroe County area. If found guilty, he could be looking at up to 40 years in prison and fines.
