A 16-year-old has been arrested after being accused of shooting and killing another teen on Monday in Allentown. 15-year-old Treshawn Tracy was discovered shot to death in a park. His death was ruled a homicide. 16 year old Elijah Patterson is now in the Lehigh County Jail without bail, charged as an adult with criminal homicide, possessing a firearm not to be carried without a license, and possessing a firearm as a minor.
