Hundreds of volunteers spent Saturday volunteering at a litter cleanup in Monroe County that was being called the “Pick Up the Poconos event. It involved about 30 different locations in Wayne, Pike, Carbon, and Monroe counties, all part of the bi-annual Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau Litter Cleanup Campaign.
