Ambulance Thief Caught

A man has been arrested for stealing an ambulance from Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono in East Stroudsburg. It happened Tuesday afternoon around 5. 33 year old Frantz Bernard of Tobyhanna is now in custody. He faces a string of charges, and is in the Monroe County Correctional Facility, with bail set at $5,000.
