The investigation continues into what led up to a homicide in the Poconos earlier this week. It happened Wednesday night around 10:30 in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County. 59 year old Diane Strohl is dead and her daughter’s fiancee… 43 year old Damian Hoehler… is behind bars facing homicide and other charges.

One person was sent to the hospital after a car caught fire on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. It happened near the Mahoning Valley interchange early Sunday morning… around 7. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames. No word on the cause of the fire and there has been no update on the condition of the victim.
