Neighbors are raising serious concerns about a rental property on Lake Drive in Pocono Manor. They’ve reported over a dozen incidents to police, citing excessive noise and safety issues. A recent violent incident involved a gunshot. The property’s rental permit expired in October 2023, and the township is withholding renewal due to ongoing problems.
