Traffic Stop Yields 318 Pounds of Pot

When State police pulled over a car on I-80 in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County for a traffic violation, they found 318 pounds of marijuana in it. A 41 year old man from the state of Washington was taken into custody, and he is now facing charges in the Monroe County Correctional Facility.

A Monroe County man was arrested Tuesday morning by state police after he was accused of stabbing his mother.
